Andrew Liu is the founder and managing broker of the company. He first got his real estate license in 1991 as an agent working for Century 21, then RE/MAX. He then went on to get his broker license in 1995 and started a brokerage firm with few others in Los Angeles area. He started this current brokerage firm back in 2002, and has grown the business from a one-man shop to a 25-agents strong company.

His undergraduate degree is biology, and his graduate degree is master of business administration in global management from Thunderbird, The School of Global Management.

In his leisure time, he enjoys biking, hiking, camping and reading.

He is also a member of National Association of Realtors,� Santa Clara Association of Realtors, Better Business Bureau( Rated A+ since 2005), California Apartment Association( he holds a California Certified Residential Manager certificate) and Pleasanton Chamber of Commerce
